  1. Prepare 500 grams chicken pieces
  2. Prepare 2 tsp chilly powder
  3. Prepare salt
  4. Prepare 1 tsp garlic powder

  7. Use 2 tbsp flour

Pour small amount of oil in shallow baking dish. Lay chicken breasts, boney side up. Transfer to a bowl and mix with salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and cayenne. In another bowl, combine the salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika to make a seasoned salt.

  1. Mix chicken with chilly powder,garlic powder and salt .
  2. Beat egg white and keep aside
  3. Combine flour,crushed cornflakes and salt (to taste) add (crushed chilly if u need the chicken to be more spicy.)
  4. Heat oil in a pan.
  5. Coat each chiken piece with egg white then in the mix( cornflakes,flour ad salt)
  6. Deep fry in oil…till golden brown colour…y
