Ingredients and seasonings required for make
  1. Prepare 1 Gobi
  2. Take 1 Capsicum
  3. Prepare 1 Onion
  4. Prepare 1 tsp Finely chopped ginger

  10. Prepare 25 gm Corn flour
  11. Prepare 1 spoon Pepper powder
  12. Use to taste Salt
  13. Take as needed Oil
  14. Prepare 4 spoons Finely chopped spring onion

Clean cauliflower florets and add them to hot water, not to very hot or boiling water. Discard the water and rinse them well few times. Spread them on a clean cotton cloth or a wide colander. Gobi Manchurian is a Indo Chinese dish.

How to cook Restaurant Style Gobi Manchurian:
  1. Take warm water with 1 spoon salt and soak Gopi in it for 30 minutes
  2. After 30 minutes wash it and drain water. Keep it aside
  3. Mix maida and corn flour with salt, pepper powder and 1 TSP chilli sauce. Add water and prepare a batter like that of dosa batter.
  4. Dip the Gopi in this batter and deep fry them in the oil
  5. Keep a kadai on the stove. Add 2 spoons oil.
  6. When it is hot add finely chopped onion, ginger and garlic one by one and saute for 2 minutes
  7. Add finely chopped capsucum and saute it for 2 minutes
  8. Add tomato sauce, remaining chilli sauce and soya sauce.
  9. Saute for 2 minutes. Add fried Gopi.
  10. Saute for 2 minutes. Finally garnish with spring onion and transfer it to a serving bowl.
  11. Done and ready to serve!
