Ingredients and seasonings must exist for prepare
  1. Take 1 cauliflower
  2. Prepare 1/2 cup chopped onion
  3. Prepare 2 tspn chopped green onion
  4. Use 6-7 chopped green chillies
  5. Prepare 3/4 cup All purpose flour
  6. Prepare 1/4 cup corn flour
  7. Prepare 1/2 tspn red chilli Powder
  8. Take 1/2 tspn ginger garlic paste
  9. Prepare Salt as per taste
  10. Prepare Water
  11. Take Oil for frying
  12. Prepare 1 inch grated ginger
  13. Use 1 green chillies split in between
  14. Prepare 1 finely chopped garlic
  15. Prepare 2 tbspn chopped capsicums
  16. Take 2 tspn tamato ketchup
  17. Prepare 2 tspn chilli sauce
  18. Take 1 tspn vinegar
  19. Take 2 tspn Soya sauce
  20. Take 1/4 tspn black pepper

Remove from heat before it gets overcooked and then strain it. Clean cauliflower florets and add them to hot water, not to very hot or boiling water. Discard the water and rinse them well few times. Spread them on a clean cotton cloth or a wide colander.

How to cook Spicy dry Gobi Manchurian:
  1. Boil the cauliflower by adding little salt.. Blanched them well and than drain it and let it cool..
  2. Now we will prepare the batter. In a bowl take all purpose flour, corn flour, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and salt mix well nicely add water and prepare a smooth lumps free batter..
  3. Now take the boiled and cooled cauliflower dip coat them in the batter and fry them on middium flame till golden and crispy..
  4. Now take a pan add 4 tspn oil add garlic, ginger n green chillies saute them for few seconds than add chopped onion and spring onions saute them nicely..
  5. Now add 2 tbspn chopped capsicums and tamato ketchup, soya sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, black pepper and salt cook them very nicely..
  6. In the meantime prepare the slurry.. in a bowl take 1 tspn corn flour and 1/4 cup water mix them very nicely..
  7. Add this slurry to onion and sauce mixture mix nicely now add the fried cauliflower coat them with the sauces nicely add spring onion mix well.. Our spicy dry Gobi Manchurian is ready to serve.. Garnish with spring onions..
  8. Done and ready to serve!
