  3. Prepare 1/2 tsp salt

  8. Take 1/4 cup corn flour

  13. Use as needed oil for deep frying
  14. Prepare 1 tbsp for manchurian sauce:
  15. Prepare 4 tsp oil
  16. Prepare 2 clove garlic, finely chopped
  17. Prepare 1 inch ginger, finely chopped
  18. Prepare 1 green chilli, slit
  19. Take 1/4th onion, finely chopped
  20. Prepare 1/4 cup spring onion, chopped
  21. Prepare 1/2 capsicum, cube
  22. Take 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  23. Take 1 tsp chilli sauce
  24. Use 2 tsp vinegar
  25. Prepare 2 tsp soy sauce
  26. Use 1/4 tsp pepper, crushed
  27. Prepare 1/4 tsp salt
  28. Prepare for corn flour slurry:
  29. Prepare 1 tsp corn flour
  30. Take 1/4 cup water

Remove and drain onto an absorbent paper. To make the sauce, heat two tablespoons of oil in a pan and gently fry the garlic paste and the ginger paste. Add the chopped capsicum and onion. The gobi should be just half cooked.

How to cook Cauliflower machurian:
  1. Firstly, in a large kadhai heat 4 tsp oil and saute 2 clove garlic,1 inch ginger and 1 green chilli on high flame. also, saute ¼ onion and 2 tbsp spring onion on high flame. further add ½ capsicum and continue to saute till they slightly change colour.
  2. Additionally add 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 1 tsp chilli sauce, 2 tsp vinegar, 2 tsp soy sauce, ¼ tsp pepper and ¼ tsp salt. mix well and saute for a minute.
  3. Add cornflour slurry. give a good mix until the gravy slightly thickens and turns translucent. a
  4. Done and ready to serve!

Once done, remove it from the steamer and keep aside. Add the cauliflower florets and mix until the florets get coated with the flour mixture. Remove from oil and drain in paper towels. Then, bring salted water to a boil. Rinse the cauliflower florets and add them to the hot water.
