  18. Prepare Secubit garam

  4. Cara membuat custard coffe cream : Campur gula pasir(cukup 1/2 dari takaran di atas ya),kuning telur,dan maizena aduk dgn whisk sampai mengental,sisihkan Rebus susu cair,sisa gula pasir tadi,extract vanila dan garam hingga hampir mendidih Ambil 1/2 larutan susu yg sudah mendidih tadi campurkan ke larutan kuning telurnya aduk rata Lalu masukkan kembali ke panci rebusan sisa larutan susu tadi aduk rata hingga matang(meletup") matikan api kompor
  5. Lalu masukkan butter aduk cepat hingga tercampur rata, tunggu dingin cream coffe siap di pakai utk filling donatnya
  6. Tunggu cream dingin lalu masukkan cream coffe nya (dgn menggunakan plastik segitiga) ke donat yg sudah di lubangi tadi,donat bomboloni siap di sajikan
