  4. Kempeskan adonan, lalu pindahkan ke meja dan alasi dengan kertas baking atau silmat. Pipihkan adonan, Bagi adonan menjadi 11 buah (@sekitar 45 gram/sesuai selera untuk ukurannya).
  5. Bulatkan, lalu pipihkan dengan rolling pin. Siapkan kertas baking potong kotak, taburi dengan terigu taruh bulatan adonan di atasnya, tutup pakai plastik wrap.
  6. Diamkan kurang lebih 20 menit atau sampai mengembang lagi (‼️HATI-HATI OVER PROOFING YAH‼️). Ini saya over proofing 1 jam karena ditinggal untuk ngajar anak sekolah online 🙈.
  7. Panaskan minyak dengan api sedang, goreng donat dengan sakali balik. Angkat dan dinginkan. Sisihkan. (Hasil over proofing->donat ngembang saat digoreng dan menciut saat sudah dingin, biasanya gak pernah gini 😫, tapi rasanya tetap enak).
  8. Lubangi bagian samping donat dengan sumpit lalu isi donat dengan isian (saya pakai skippy).
  9. Hasil akhir dari over proofing, ada 1 donat yang normal, selebihnya gak tentu bentuknya 🙈, tapi rasanya tetap enak.
