  1. Rebus air satu panci sampai mendidih, masukan 1 sdt garam dan 1 sdm makan minyak sayur biar ga lengket macaroni nya nanti. Setelah mendidih masukkan macaroni dan biarkan sampai macaroni nya matang, tiriskan

  3. Campurkan macaroni yg telah di tiriskan dengan bawang bombay dan daging asap yg telah di masak sebelumnya (proses no. 2).
  4. Saus Bechamel: panaskan 180gr butter. masukkan 3 sdm terigu,aduk sampai tidak menggumpal, masukkan susu cair sedikit demi sedikit, sampai mengental, sambil tetap memasukkan susu sedikit sampai mengental, masukkan keju parut sesuai dengan selera. masukkan lada, garam
  5. Masukkan 3/4 saus bechamel ke dalam adonan makaroni, aduk hingga merata, masukkan potongan keju mozarella sesuai selera ke dalam adonan. Campurkan juga telurnya ya ke dalam adonan. Aduk sampai saus bechamel, makaroni dan telur menyatu. Voila adonan macaroni siap untuk di panggang
  6. Masukkan adonan macaroni panggang di pirex/ almunium foil, nah 1/4 saus bechamel yg masih ada diberikan lagi di atas adonan macaroni, ratakan dan parute keju mozarela di atasnya. panggang 30 menit kalo mau agak mouise ya… tapi kalo suka yg rada kering 45 menit sampai 1 jam.
