  2. Take Sayur
  3. Prepare 1 Genggam Tauge
  4. Prepare 2 Bh Wortel (Iris Tipis)

  13. Prepare 1 Siung Bawang Putih (Haluskan)
  14. Prepare 30 Gr Gochujang
  15. Prepare 7 Gr Doenjang
  16. Take 30 ML Kecap Asin
  17. Prepare 15 ML Minyak Wijen
  18. Prepare Secukupnya Kaldu bubuk Ayam/ Sapi
  19. Use Secukupnya Gula
  20. Prepare 10 Gr Madu (Saya Skip)
  21. Take Wijen Putih

Step one Gather the ingredients for the marinade - herbs and spices, soy sauce and maple syrup. Step two Add all the above ingredients to the bowl of chicken and mix with a rubber spatula.   1. Bibimbap Sauce : parut bawang putih + apel yg sudah di kupas, lalu campur semua bahan aduk rata. Sisihkan.
  2. Cuci dan bersihkan sayur yg sudah di iris, potong dadu ayam fillet. Tumis semua sayur boleh tambah sedikit minyak / garam.
  3. Kemudian masak ayam, tambahkan saus tiram + kecap manis. Terakhir jika mau + masak telur ceplok. Siapkan nasi dalam dolsot,beri sayur dan daging / telur diatas nya
  4. Tambahkan sauce tabur,wijen dan siap di hidangkan bisa sambil dinikmati saat panas2 diatas kompor.
