Steps to make Gobi manchurian:
  1. Cauliflower is made into pieces of small size and mixed with thick batter of cornflour,red chili powder,salt,water and egg beaten. 
  2. Cauliflower mixed with the batter is kept in the refrigerator for 15 min or so that the batter firmly stick on to the cauliflower.
  3. Then the cauliflower is deep fried till golden brown in coconut oil and kept apart.
  4. Take another pan and heat oil,to it add onion and green chili and saute them well.
  5. Add ginger garlic paste to it and again saute.later add chili powder  ,then saute.later add chopped tomato and stir well until the tomato is well smashed.
  6. To this add tomato sauce, soya sauce, and add little water if you want the dish a little soupy or else don't add water.
  7. After it is boiled turn off the heat.
  8. To this gravy add the fried cauliflower,chopped celery, corriander leaves and capsicum.
  9. Serve hot with fresh celery and corriander leaves on top.
  10. Done and ready to serve!
