  1. Cuci bersih dan potong semua sayuran, iris bumbunya.
  2. Tumis bawang putih hingga wangi kekuningan, masukkan bawang merah, tumis hingga layu lalu tambahkan bawang bombay. Setelah agak layu baru masukkan cabai dan tomat.
  3. Masukkan daging sapi iris, tumis hingga berubah warna. Tambahkan garam, kecap asin, kecap manis, saus tiram, minyak wijen dan lada.
  4. Masukkan wortel dan bunga kol. Tumis selama 1 menit kemudian susulkan sawi dan daun bawang. Tumis semua bahan sebentar lalu tambahkan sekitar 1/3 gelas air sebagai kuah dan penyatu bumbu.
  5. Teruskan mengaduk hingga kuah mendidih. Proses ini sebentar saja agar kita mendapatkan hasil akhir sayuran capcay yg masih segar/tidak layu dan renyah.
  6. Angkat, tata capcay dipiring saji. Siap menemani nasi hangat untuk buka maupun sahur.
