  4. Cairkan butter dengan menggunakan api kecil. Setelah mencair masukkan terigu, tetap dgn api kecil, aduk cepat dengan whisk, hingga berbutir. Masukkan susu secara bertahap sambil terus di aduk, hingga mengental dan halus tdk bergerindil. Matikan api.
  5. Masukkan tumisan ayam, black paper, pala bubuk, oregano dan 1/2 bagian campuran keju (sisakan 1/2 utk taburan), aduk rata hingga keju agak mencair. Terakhir masukkan macaroni aduk rata kembali.
  6. Pindahkan 1/2 bagian makaroni ke pinggan tahan panas, ratakan. Tabur di atasnya 1/2 bagian keju dr yg tersisa. Kemudian tuangkan sisa macaroni, ratakan. Terakhir tabur sisa campuran keju. Panggang di suhu 180°c selama kurleb 15-20 menit atau hingga keju meleleh. Sajikan.
