  4. Masukkan keju parut. Tambahkan garam dan merica disini, tes rasa. Aduk. Masukkan macaroni dan sosis, aduk rata. Lalu masukkan sosis dan keju slice. aduk rata. Matikan api.
  5. Siapkan loyang tahan panas (pyrex) atau loyang aluminium. Tuang adonan mac n cheese ke loyang. Taburi tepung roti dan parsley. Panggang sekitar 25 menit. Angkat dan siap disajikan.
  6. NB: aku taburi tepung roti dan parsley untuk lapisan atas yg renyah dan warna yang cantik. Mau pakai taburan yang lain bebas, seperti keju parut misalnya.
