  8. Take 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

Heat oil in a non stick pan, add cumin seeds, fennel seeds and curry leaves. Let them sizzle, then add chopped green chilies and onion. Fry them till they turn golden. How to make it In a large frying pan add all the ingredients up to and including the oil.

How to make Cauliflower Potato Fry:
  1. Wash and cut vegetables into desired sizes for fry. Boil cauliflower in water for upto 5 mins on high flame.
  2. Take a frying pan and add oil, then cummin seeds, kalyapak, red chillies, onions, turmeric powder,salt and ginger garlic paste and toss it around for a minute.
  3. Add potatoes and boiled cauliflower and let it cook on medium flame for 20 mins. Toss around in between.
  4. At last add coriander powder and chilli powder and let it cook for 2 more mins.

In a blender, purée all the rest of the ingredients except the vinegar, and add to the pan. Fry, turning occasionally, until the cauliflower and potato are cooked, all the liquid has evaporated, and the vegetables have browned. Add the chopped coriander and serve hot or warm.
