  3. Tumis bawang putih cincang dengan api kecil sampai harum, masukkan daging cincang. Tambahkan sejumput garam, setengah sdt minyak wijen, dan setengah sdt kecap manis. Aduk merata hingga daging matang. Sisihkan.
  4. Tumis wortel di atas minyak wijen dengan api kecil hingga sedikit layu. Lakukan hal yang sama pada jamur champignon. Sisihkan.
  5. Didihkan air, rebus bayam selama kurang lebih 5 menit. Tiriskan. Lakukan hal yang sama pada tauge.
  6. Jika nasi sudah matang, ambil beberapa centong dan masukkan dalam sebuah mangkuk ukuran sedang. Pastikan nasi masih panas.
  7. Siapkan sayur dan bahan-bahan yang sudah dimasak tadi di atas piring lebar. Siapkan juga kuning telur dalam wadah kecil. Susun bahan pelengkap di atas nasi sesuai selera. Tambahkan pula saus gochujang dan taburi dengan biji wijen.
  8. Cara menikmati Bibimbap adalah dengan mencampur atau mengaduk nasi dan semua sayur serta pelengkap tadi agar merata dengan saus gochujang. Jika dirasa sudah merata, Bibimbap ala Korea siap disantap selagi masih hangat.
