  1. Prepare 1 cup almond milk (can also use coconut milk)
  2. Prepare 3 tbsp chia seeds (tukh malanga)
  3. Prepare 4 tbsp honey
  4. Take 1 large size or 2 normal size mango
  5. Take mango cubes as required for garnishing

Then place the bowl covered in the fridge for an hour, or overnight to set. Mango Chia Pudding You can use coconut milk or almond milk for this pudding. If you would like, you can make your own Almond Milk or Coconut Milk, or you can use store-bought. If you use coconut milk, you may add a little maple syrup if you desire, but it is not necessary at all.

How to make:process Mango Chia Pudding:
  1. Add almond milk, chia seeds, 2 tbsp honey in a bowl & mix it well for sometime. Cover it & refrigerate at least for an hour.
  2. Peel & Cut mango into cubes, put mango cubes & 2 tbsp honey into blender. Blend it well to make fine mango pulp.
  3. Now it's layering time : Take some chia almond milk mixture & layer at bottom of glass evenly & then put a layer of mango pulp on this layer.
  4. Now again put layer of chia almond milk mixture on mango pulp layer & then again mango pulp layer on it.
  5. This will be collectively 4 layers, 2 layers of mango pulp & 2 layers of chia almond milk.
  6. Then garnish it with mango cubes & enjoy healthy mango chia pudding.
  7. Done and ready to serve!

Place the mango flesh in a high powered blender or food processor and blend until smooth. To assemble your coconut mango chia puddings, grab two jars, bowls or glasses and spoon chia pudding into each. Top with a layer of mango puree. Continue to layer chia pudding and mango puree until you've used up everything! Cover and refrigerate for an hour.
