  1. Take 2 tbsp Chia seeds

  1. Soak chia seeds in water for 2 hours.
  2. Boil milk and mix sugar.
  3. Add custard powder in 1/2 cup cold milk.
  4. When milk starts boiling,slow down the heat and mix custard powder mixture.Keep on stirring. After first boil, switch I the gas.Let it cool.
  5. Pour the custard into a glass bowl.
  6. Make jelly by mixing jelly crystals and hot water (250 ml.) transfer it into another small glass bowl.Keep it in the fridge.

  11. Dip curry patta leaves into chocolate on one side and keep it in a tray.Keep the tray in freezer for 5 min.After that peel off the leaf from the chocolate.
  12. Place these chocolate leaves in the center of the jelly and sprinkle all types of roasted seeds around it.
  13. Keep this chia pudding in the fridge for 1 hour.When chilled, enjoy it with your family and friends.
