  2. Use 3 ikat sayur bok choy (potong sesuai keinginan, cuci dengan cara rendam di dalam air)
  3. Prepare 4 siung bawang putih (potong halus)
  4. Use 3 siung bawang merah(potong halus)
  5. Prepare 2 sdm oyster sauce(larutkan dalam air kira kira 150ml)
  6. Prepare 1 sdm garam
  7. Take 1/2 sdt merica
  8. Prepare Bahan B
  9. Take 250 gr chicken breast (cincang halus)/ bisa juga pake ayam yg sudah d cincang halus
  10. Prepare 3 siung bawang putih(potong halus)
  11. Prepare 1 sdm oyster sauce (larutkan dalam air (kira-kira 50ml s/d 100ml)
  12. Prepare 1/2 sdm garam
  13. Prepare 1/2 sdt merica
  14. Use Untuk ayamnya setelah di cincang halus, taruh 1sdm soysauce/kecap asin + 1/2sdt merica + 1 sdt garam kemudian aduk rata dan sisihkan dulu biar bumbunya meresap (sehingga ayamnya lebih enak)

  1. Bahan A- masukkan Bawang merah dan bawang putih ke dalam panci A yang sudah di taruh minyak dengan suhu sedang, tumis sampai wangi.
  2. Kemudian masukkan sayur bok choy ke dalam panci A dan aduk hingga bawang nya tercampur dengan sayur
  3. Masukkan oyster sauce, merica, dan garam ke dalam panci, aduk rata. Koreksi rasa, jika masih kurang asin boleh tambah garam sedikit, jika terlalu asin tambahkan air sedikit. Jika sudah selesai, matikan api, sisihkan panci A tadi ke samping
  4. Bahan B - masukkan bawang putih ke dalam panci B yang sudah d panasin dengan minyak, tumis hingga harum (jangan sampai gosong)
  5. Segera masukkan ayam yang sudah di bumbui tadi, aduk” hingga hancur menjadi kecil” hingga berubah warna
  6. Masukkan oyster sauce, garam, dan merica ke dalam panci B aduk hingga rata. Koreksi rasa, jangan terlalu asin. Karena bahan A sudah asin. Jika sudah selesai matikan api.
  7. Campur bahan yang ada di panci B ke dalam panci A, aduk hingga rata (tidak perlu membuka api lagi, kecuali sayur di panci A sudah dingin)
  8. Selesai deh. Wangi + yummy banget loh
  9. Done and ready to serve!
