  6. Panaskan minyak dengan api kecil. Goreng adonan. Balik 1x saja. Bila sudah berwarna kuning kecoklatan bs ditiriskan dan sisihkan. Tunggu hingga sudah suhu ruang.
  7. Siapkan selai dan taruh di plastik segitiga. Bila sudah suhu ruang, bolongi bomboloni dengan sumpit atau spuit (utk kue sus) agar bs diberi isian sesuai selera. Taburi dengan gula halus diatasnya. Siap disantap hangat
