Ingredients and seasonings required for make
  1. Take Saus :
  2. Use 2 sdm gochujang
  3. Prepare 1 sdm minyak wijen
  4. Prepare 3 sdm air
  5. Prepare 1 sdm gula pasir
  6. Use 1/4 sdt garam
  7. Prepare 1/4 siung bawang bombay
  8. Prepare 1 sdt bawang putih halus
  9. Prepare Pelengkap:
  10. Take 2 mangkuk nasi putih
  11. Use 2 btr telur mata sapi/ceplok
  12. Prepare 1 genggam bayam
  13. Prepare 1 bh wortel ukuran sedang
  14. Prepare 1 genggam toge
  15. Prepare 1 bh sosis
  16. Prepare Minyak wijen
  17. Take 1 bh bawang putih haluskan
  18. Prepare Garam halus

Literally meaning 'mixed rice,' it's a popular meal consisting of white rice topped with vegetables, beef, a whole egg, and gochujang (red chili pepper paste). Today's recipe is bibimbap, a super-popular Korean dish you might have heard about already! It's made of a bowl of rice, sautéed and seasoned vegetables (namul: 나물), a bit of hot pepper paste (gochujang: 고추장), and usually a bit of seasoned raw beef, too (yukhoe: 육회). Bibim (비빔) translates as "mixed," and bap (밥) means "cooked rice," so bibimbap literally means.

How to make Bibimbap:
  1. Saus : tumis bawang bombay dan bawang putih halus sampai harum..masukkan bumbu2 (gochujang,minyak wijen,gula garam).tambahkan. 3 sdm air.Aduk sebentar,matikan api lalu sisihkan.
  2. Sosis potong panjang,lalu goreng..Wortel iris korek api,bayam diambil daunnya saja.Rebus sayur masing masing bergantian,tiriskan. Masukkan 1/4 sdt bawang putih halus,1 sdt minyak wijen dan sejumput garam kedalam toge yg sdh di rebus, lalu aduk rata.Lakukan hal yg sama pada wortel dan bayam.
  3. Penyajian : Ambil nasi di mangkuk saji.Tata sayur,sosis dan telur ceplok diatas nasi,lalu siram sausnya.Makannya diaduk aduk…katanya.
