- Tumis bawang putih hingga harum, masukkan zuchini. Masak hingga agak layu (jgn terlalu kematengan, utk dpt texturnya)
- Marinasi ayam dengan saus teriyaki dan bawang putih cincang diamkan ±30menit. Tumis bawang bomba hingga layu, kemudian masukkan marinasi ayam. Beri kecap, grm lada. Cek rasa angkat taburi wijen.
- Tata semua bahan dalam mangkok. Nasi dan topping sayuran, kimchi. Beri sesendok gochujang (kalau utk anak2 bisa pakai campuran mayones2+saus tomat1) taruh telur ceplok diatasnya dan taburi wijen sangrai. Aduk rata semua dan siap disantap
