  2. Saat menunggu resting adonan yg ke dua, mulai buat castart cream nya ya. Didihkan vanila, susu dan gula. Sisihkan
  3. Kocok dengan whix, telur dan tepung maizena sampat lembut. Saring. Kemudian masukan cairan susu sedikit-sedikut sampai habis dan tercampur rata.
  4. Tuang ke panci susu, masak lagi dengan api kecil sambil di aduk terus, sampai meletup-letup. Masukan pasta, Lanjutkan mengaduk sampai 3-5 menit. Matikan kompor.
  5. Masukan margarin/butter. Aduk menggunakan whix sampai rata. Tuang ke wadah bersih. Tutup dengan plastik. Tunggu sampai dingin.
  6. Lanjut ke adonan dough. Setelah 30 menit, panaskan minyak goreng. Goreng sampai goldenbrown. Sekali balik ya. Biar gak banyak nyerep minyak. Angkat dan tiruskan
  7. Selesai menggoreng, lubagi adonan donat dengan sumpit saat masih hangat. Kemudian baluri gula palem. Kebetulan stok gula palem lagi abis. Jadi gak pake.
  8. Balik lagi ke custart cream, Setelah dingin, aduk sampai teksturnya lembut. Masukan ke dalam plastik segitiga. Semprotkan ke dalam donat.
