Masukkan bawang merah, bawang putih dan cili kisar. Masukkan sedikit air bersama perahan asam jawa diikuti dengan santan. Tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih yang dimesin sehingga garing dan wangi. Masukkan cili kisar dan goreng dengan api perlahan sehingga betul betul garing.

  1. Siapkan semua bahan sambal. Kukus sebentar / goreng setengah matang, angkat lalu uleg hingga halus bersama bumbu perasa. Koreksi rasanya
  2. Siapkan petai yg sdh dikupas belah 2 & buat telur orak arik, sisihkan
  3. Panaskan minyak, goreng sambal hingga harum & berminyak. Masukkan telur orak arik, aduk rata lalu masukkan petai aduk kembali hingga matang dengan api kecil
  4. Sajikan dlm wadah saji. Sambal goreng telur petai siap dinikmati ❤
