  16. Take 2 sdm tepung terigu
  17. Use 125 gr keju cheddar parut (100gr untuk saus 25gr untuk taburan)
  18. Prepare 1/2 sdt garam
  19. Prepare 1/2 sdt merica bubuk
  20. Take 350 ml susu uht plain (boleh ditambah bila terlalu kental)

  5. Hilangkan uap panasnya, kemudian masukan ke dalam box alumunium foil ukuran 7,5 x 7,5cm. Sisihkan
  6. Untuk bechamel sauce, panaskan butter hingga leleh kemudian masukan tepung terigu, aduk cepat agar tidak cepat gosong. Gunakan api kecil saja.
  7. Setelah tepung matang, tuangkan susu. Aduk rata supaya tidak menggumpal, lalu masukan keju beri garam dan merica. Aduk hingga mengental. Matikan api.
  8. Tuang bechamel sauce ke dalam box alumunium foil tadi. Beri taburan keju dan parsley.
  9. Panggang hingga kecoklatan ± 30 menit (lebih bagus memakai oven atas-bawah). Angkat dan sajikan.
  10. Done and ready to serve!
