  1. Prepare 200 gr macaroni elbow rebus tiriskan beri minyak,aduk rata

  6. Prepare 320 ml Susu cair Full cream
  7. Take Sesuai selera garam pala merica
  8. Take 1 buah Wortel potong dadu kecil
  9. Use BAHAN SAUS PUTIH :
  10. Use 300 cc Susu Cair
  11. Prepare 2 sdm Tepung segitiga
  12. Prepare 2 sdm butter
  13. Take 160 gr Keju parut (boleh cheddar,mozarella/edam)
  14. Prepare Taburan :
  15. Take secukupnya Keju Cheddar parut
  16. Prepare secukupnya Oregano/parsley

Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Blend in the flour, salt, and pepper. In a large mixing bowl, combine drained pasta with cheese sauce, stirring to combine fully. Prepare pasta according to package directions.

How to cook Mac and cheese:
  1. Tumis bawang bombay dengan 2 sdm butter sampai harum.
  2. Masukkan daging giling dan wortel, aduk2 sampai matang. Lalu Masukkan macaroni rebus aduk asal rata.
  3. Masukkan keju dan segera tuangi campuran susu+telur.. bumbuin dengan pala, garam, merica,kaldu bubuk dan gula sesuai selera..test rasa. Masak lagi skitar 5 menit supaya meresap. Tata macaroni di atas pyrex/ramekin/alumunium cup 3/4 bagian aja.
  4. Saus putih : Panaskan butter, masukkan tepung terigu, aduk cepat supaya tidak menggumpal lalu segera tuangi susu dan keju. Masak dengan api kecil sampai mengental dan keju larut. Tuang ke atas makroni tadi. Lalu taburi dengan keju dan oregano/paesley. Panggang di suhu 180 derajat sekitar 40 menit sampe harum matang dan atasnya agak berwarna kecoklatan. Sajikan hangat dengan saus sambal
  5. Done and ready to serve!
