  1. Siapkan bahan dan bumbu. Iris beef slice, beri bawang putih halus, kecap asin, minyak wijen, biji wijen, garam, merica dan madu. Marinasi. Sementara itu, cuci dan potong2 sayuran.
  2. Didihkan air, rebus sebentar toge, lalu angkat. Lakukan berikutnya pd labu, wortel dan bayam. Campurkan masing2 sayuran dengan bawang putih, kecap asin dan minyak wijen, di atas wajan, masak sebentar, angkat.
  3. Panggang daging di atas wajan hingga matang. Masukkan telur ceplok, masak hingga setengah matang. Ambil mangkuk, isi dengan nasi panas, tata sayuran di atasnya, kemudian tambahkan daging yg sdh dipanggang, tambahkan 1 sdm saus gochujang. Terakhir letakkan telur di tengah mangkuk. Bibimbap siap dihidangkan. Bisa jg dihidangkan dengan kimchi.
