  3. Lelehkan mentega lalu tambahkan tepung terigu. Aduk2 hingga menggumpal. Tuangkan susu cair aduk hingga mengental. Tambahkan garam, merica, lada hitam, pala bubuk aduk rata
  4. Matikan api. Masukkan semua keju dan aduk hingga keju meleleh dan semua tercampur rata. Tuangkan cheese sauce ke macaroni dan aduk rata. Sisihkan sedikit saucenya ya. Setelah tercampur tuang ke loyang. Sisa cheese sauce tadi di tambahkan di atas macaroni. Beri smoked beef dan tambahkan keju parmesan parut
  5. Panggang kurang lebih 30 menit. Hidangkan bersama sambal bangkok atau saus sambal
