  1. Didihkan air.
  2. Siapkan nasi putih dimangkuk, beri minyak wijen sambil diaduk smp rata

  5. Setelah matang sayur2an nya, saring kemudian tata di atas nasi

  9. Untuk yang diet rendah kalori. Nasi bisa diganti dgn cauliflower (kembang kol) dicampur dgn tahu. Caranya: rebus bunga kol dan tahu kemudian dicacah hingga halus. Sangrai bunga kol dan tahu, beri kaldu jamur dan minyak wijen. Kemudian tata dimangkuk. Rasanya yummy berasa kayak nasi.
