Instructions to make Bombolini:
  1. Siapkan mixer, campurkan susu cair, telur dan gula aduk rata baru masukkan tepung & ragi. Mixer menggunakan padle/flat sebentar smp tercampur lalu ganti dg hook/spiral smp 1/2 kalis (sy pakai speed 2)

  3. Jk sdh bulatkan adonan lalu diamkan 15 menit (tutup dg plastik warp atau lap)
  4. Setelah 15 menit, kempeskan adonan lalu bentuk bola2 uk 50gr/bulatan tp jk ingin kecil boleh uk 30gr. Diamkan 10 menit dlm kondisi tertutup kain
  5. Setelah itu kempeskan dan bentuk bulat kembali, lapisi dg kertas kue lalu tekan dg penekan (sy pakai tutup toples). Lalu diamkan smp mengembang 2x lipat (jgn lupa tutup dg serbet)
  6. Panaskan minyak dg api kecil, lalu goreng satu per satu donat smp matang (hy 1x balik ya) mf ini suami suka yg gorengnya smp merah kulitnya harusnya gk perlu smp semerah ini sdh boleh dibalik biar cantik donatnya hehee
  7. Jk sdh dingin, balur dg gula halus (me : gula pasir yg di blender), lubangi tengahnya lalu isi dg filling sesuai selera (me : filling srikaya)
  8. Bombolini siap dinikmati
