- Tambahkan susu ke roux, aduk sampai tercampur. Tunggu sampai mendidih kecil, lalu tambahkan keju perlahan - lahan; aduk hingga tercampur rata. (Bila ingin extra meleleh bisa ditambah mozzarella)
- Masukkan pasta kedalam saus keju, campur hingga merata
- Mulai dengan menuangkan isian cottage pie di dasar pinggan, lalu diikuti dengan melapisi mac and cheese diatasnya
- Taburi dengan campuran panko dan keju diatasnya. Bake di oven 180 C selama 15-20 menit atau sampai lapisan panko dam keju meleleh dan berwarna coklat.
