  9. Cicip isian cottage pie dan tambahkan garam sesuai selera.
  10. Di panci lain lelehkan butter di api kecil lalu tambahkan tepung untuk membuat roux. Masak sampai tepung tidak mentah dan berwarna sedikit kecoklatan.
  11. Tambahkan susu ke roux, aduk sampai tercampur. Tunggu sampai mendidih kecil, lalu tambahkan keju perlahan - lahan; aduk hingga tercampur rata. (Bila ingin extra meleleh bisa ditambah mozzarella)
  12. Masukkan pasta kedalam saus keju, campur hingga merata
  13. Mulai dengan menuangkan isian cottage pie di dasar pinggan, lalu diikuti dengan melapisi mac and cheese diatasnya
  14. Taburi dengan campuran panko dan keju diatasnya. Bake di oven 180 C selama 15-20 menit atau sampai lapisan panko dam keju meleleh dan berwarna coklat.
  15. Tunggu 15 menit, lalu sajikan.
