  1. Prepare 1 Cauliflower
  2. Use 4-5 tbsp Maida/All purpose flour
  3. Prepare 3-8 tbsp Cornflour

  7. Take For sauce
  8. Take 3 tsp Oil
  9. Use 3 tsp garlic cloves chopped

  13. Prepare 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  14. Prepare 1 tsp Soya sauce
  15. Prepare 1 tsp Chiili sauce
  16. Take 1/2 tbsp Tomato sauce
  17. Prepare 1 tbsp Cornflour
  18. Prepare 1/2 cup Water
  19. Prepare handful Green onion

  6. Take another pan. Add oil 2 tbsp, add 3 tbsp garlic, 1 tbsp green chillies and 1chopped onion. Saute it for 2 mnts
  7. Add salt acc to taste and black pepper mix well then add 1 tbsp soya sauce and 1 spoon red chilli sauce and then add green onion and 1/2 spoon tomato sauce mix well.
  8. Then add half cup water make a boil then add 1 tbsp cournflour mix it well 2 tbsp water then add into vork mix it well cook till sauce turns thickened.
  9. Add cauliflower and mix it well. Sprinle green onion. Ready to serve
  10. Done and ready to serve!
