  1. Prepare 350 g Cauliflower
  2. Use 3 tbsp corn Flour

  17. Use 1 Egg
  18. Take Leftover bread crumbs

Gobi means cauliflower in hindi & manchurian is a sweet, tangy & slightly spicy sauce made with chilli sauce, vinegar, ginger & garlic. To begin making Chicken Manchurian Recipe, in a mixing bowl, break an egg, add cornflour, soy sauce, pinch of salt and mix the ingredients well. Add the chicken pieces and mix until all the pieces are coated with the marinade mixture. Make sure there is no excess moisture in the chicken before you use it.

  2. Now add ketchup, chilli sauce, soy sauce, salt, black pepper and mix it well. - In a blow mix 1 tbsp of corn flour and half cup water to make corn flour mixture. - Now add corn flour mixture into the sauce and mix well until thickens.
  3. Add cauliflower and spring onion and mix well, cook for a minute. - Sprinkle spring onion and serve.
