Pull the basket from the air fryer and place the cauliflower florets in them. Turn the florets half way to cook uniformly. To prepare the manchurian sauce, heat oil at high heat. Pull the basket from the air fryer and place HALF of the cauliflower florets in them.

  1. In a pan of boiling water, add the gobi florets with a tsp of salt. Let it boil for 4-6 minutes.

  7. Now add all the sauces listed above + sugar+salt+chilli. Sauté on high flame
  8. Transfer the gobi florets to the pan and mix well and sauté for 5 minutes. Garnish with cilantro leaves.
  9. Done and ready to serve!
