  6. Masukkan wortel parut, dan keju, tambahkan kaldu ayam atau air biasa jika dirasa kurang encer (konsistensi harus seperti saus pasta). Matikan api jika sudah mendidih dan kental.
  7. Oles sedikit saus keju, ratakan. Lalu tata dengan kentang sebagai lapisan pertama, lalu bunga kol, kemudian suwiran ayam, macaroni, beri saus keju, kubis, wortel, sosis, tuang sisa saus keju kemudian tata keju slice dan terakhir taburi sisa parutan keju.
  8. Panggang di oven selama 45 menit atau lebih sesuaikan oven masing-masing hingga kecoklatan dan matang.
