  2. Rebus wortel, buncis, dan bayam hingga matang. Setelah dingin, beri sedikit garam dan lada pada setiap sayur.
  3. Goreng telur mata sapi, tingkat kematangan disesuaikan dengan selera. (Kalau aku prefer setengah matang, jadi pas diaduk kuningnya melted dan bikin tambah creamy.)
  4. Campur semua bahan saus hingga rata, koreksi rasa.
  5. Susun semua bahan (daging dan sayuran) di dalam mangkuk. Tuangkan saus, kemudian taburi dengan wijen yang sudah disangrai. Letakkan telur mata sapi di atasnya.
