  1. Prepare 300 gm gobi / cauliflower florets
  2. Prepare 3 tablespoon Corn flour
  3. Prepare 2 tablespoon maida/All purpose flour
  4. Prepare 1 onion
  5. Take 1 green capsicum
  6. Use 1 red capsicum
  7. Take 7-8 spoon Tomato ketchup
  8. Use 2-3 spoon Schezwan chutney
  9. Prepare 3 tablespoon green chilli sauce
  10. Take 3 tablespoon red chilli sauce
  11. Prepare 2 tablespoon dark soya sauce
  12. Prepare To taste salt
  13. Prepare 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
  14. Prepare 1 tablespoon black pepper powder
  15. Prepare 1 Cheese cube for garnishing
  16. Use 1/2 tsp kasturi methi
  17. Prepare as needed water
  18. Use as needed Refined oil

In the meanwhile, dissolve the cornflour and all purpose flour along with pepper and salt in water. Add the cauliflower florets and mix until the florets get coated with the flour mixture. Manchurian is a class of Indian Chinese dishes made by roughly chopping and deep-frying ingredients such as chicken, cauliflower ( gobi ), prawns, fish, mutton, and paneer, and then sautéeing it in a sauce flavored with soy sauce. Manchurian is the result of the adaptation of Chinese cooking and seasoning techniques to suit Indian tastes.

Step by step to cook Goobi Manchurian:
  1. Clean 300gm Gobi and cut into medium size. Make a batter by adding corn flour,maida, Half table spoon redchilli powder, Half table spoon salt, half table spoon black pepper mix it well.then add Gobi and coat them well.
  2. Take a kadhie add refined oil in it.heat on medium flame.add coated Gobi in it turn golden and crisp.
  3. Heat 4-6 table spoon refined oil in a kadhie/pan when the oil turns hot.add Chopped onion and Chopped capsicum saute them on a high flame for 3 minutes.
  4. Add soya sauce, Tomato ketchup,red chilli powder,salt, green chilli sauce, Red chilli sauce, Schezwan chutney mix well. Add half Cup of water cook it for 5-10 minutes.until the sauce thickned. Add black pepper and fried Gobi mix well.
  5. Add half table spoon Kasthuri methi.garnish Gobi Manchurian with cheese. Serve the Gobi Manchurian.
  6. Done and ready to serve!
