  1. Prepare 100 gm Grated Cabbage
  2. Use 100 gm Grated Cauliflower
  3. Prepare 2 chopped green chillies
  4. Prepare 2 tsp coriander leaves chopped
  5. Use 1 tsp Chopped spring onions leaves
  6. Prepare 1 tsp bhuna jeera(roasted cumin) powder
  7. Prepare 1 tsp Kasturi methi
  8. Use 4 tsp Cornflour
  9. Prepare To taste Salt
  10. Prepare 2 tsp Tomato sauce
  11. Use 1 tsp Soya sauce
  12. Prepare As needed Oil for deep frying

Add cabbage balls one at a time. Fry them until it becomes crispy and golden brown in color. Transfer them to the kitchen towel and keep aside. For the base sauce Dip gobi florets in batter and drop in hot oil.

How to make:process Gobi Cabbage Manchurian:
  1. Mix all the ingredients except tomato/soya sauce, garnish and oil with water little dry batter.
  2. Make small balls and deep fry.
  3. In a separate kadai, Heat oil,add both sauces along with little water,add fried balls and saute.
  4. Make half a cup batter with 1tbs cornflour and add, saute. check for salt. Garnish with chopped gn coriander and spring onions.
  5. Done and ready to serve!
