  4. If using low heat setting, turn to high. In a medium bowl wisk together sour cream, flour, and water until smooth. Stir about 1 cup of the hot liquid into sour cream mixture. Return all to cooker; stir to combine. Cook over high heat for 30 min. or until thickened and bubbly.
  5. Serve over hot cooked noodles or rice. Sprinkle with snipped parsley, if desired.
  6. Done and ready to serve!
