  2. Sautee green beans and carrots for 8-10 minutes
  3. Add all spices and garlic
  4. Remove from pan and set aside
  5. Cook shrimp in same pan
  6. Add beans and carrots back to pan along with spinach and tomato
  7. Add hoison sauce
  8. Cook until spinach has wilted
  9. Serve over rice
  10. Done and ready to serve!

Heat a large skillet over medium high heat, add in olive oil and wait for it to get hot. Combine hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and garlic powder into small bowl. Whisk until combined and set aside. Season shrimp with s & p (to taste). Add half of the shrimp to the pan.
