Heat the oil in the pan for frying. Add cabbage balls one at a time. Fry them until it becomes crispy and golden brown in color. Transfer them to the kitchen towel and keep aside.

Steps to cook Gobi Cabbage Manchurian:
  1. Mix all the ingredients except tomato/soya sauce, garnish and oil with water little dry batter.
  2. Make small balls and deep fry.
  3. In a separate kadai, Heat oil,add both sauces along with little water,add fried balls and saute.
  4. Make half a cup batter with 1tbs cornflour and add, saute. check for salt. Garnish with chopped gn coriander and spring onions.
  5. Done and ready to serve!
