Instructions to make Sambel setan,oncom,Pete,lenca:
  1. Bersihkan oncom dr kulit luarnya yg warna oranye,parut dengan parutan wortel 🥕
  2. Cuci bersih, bawang merah, bawang putih,daun bawang,Pete,cabe rawit,lenca.potong tipis bawang merah, bawang putih, potong serong cabe rawit.potong Pete menjadi 4 bagian, potong daun bawang setengah halus
  3. Panaskan minyak sayur dan 1 sdt garam, masukkan bawang merah, bawang putih tumis sampai harum, masukan cabe rawit dan Pete tumis sampai harum
  4. Masukkan oncom yg sudah diparut,aduk sampai rata
  5. Masukkan daun bawang dan lenca,aduk sampai tercampur rata
  6. Tambahkan garam,kaldu bubuk,gula pasir tes rasa,klw oncom Uda kecium harum tidak bau langu itu tandanya Uda mateng
  7. Sajikan dengan nasi putih hangat,dan gorengan ikan asin
  8. Done and ready to serve!
