Ingredients and seasonings used in prepare
  1. Take 4 boneless chicken breasts cut into half crosswise

  6. Prepare 2 tsp dried basil

Pour the marinara over the chicken. Lightly grease an oven tray (or baking dish) with non stick cooking oil spray; set aside. Whisk together eggs, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper in a shallow dish. Add chicken into the egg, rotating to evenly coat each fillet in the mixture.

    • Cover one side of the chicken with a thin layer of the mayonnaise mix then place in the breadcrumb mix. Turn chicken breast over and repeat to cover the other side.
    • Place the chicken breasts in the greased baking dish. Bake in oven for approximately 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked. Do not cook for too long to avoid ending up with dry pieces of chicken.
    • You may add some parmesan shavings and some chopped fresh basil when serving.
