  2. Prepare 2 papan pete kupas
  3. Use 1 sdt garam
  4. Use 1/2 sdt kaldu bubuk

  7. Prepare 1 sdt saus tiram
  8. Use 1 jeruk limo

  13. Prepare 3 butir kemiri
  14. Take 8 bawang merah
  15. Take 5 bawang putih

  1. Rebus ayam sampai matang dengan menambahkan 1 sdt garam dan 1 sdt bubuk bawang putih. Setelah matang angkat ayam dan tiriskan tapi jangan buang dulu air rebusannya
  2. Goreng ayam sampai mendapatkan warna sedikit kecoklatan, angkat sisihkan.
  3. Goreng semua bumbu halus sampai matang lalu blender dengan menambahkan sedikit air rebusan ayam tadi
  4. Goreng pete setengah matang, angkat sisihkan
  5. Panaskan sedikit minyak, masukan bumbu halus, garam, saus tiram, kecap manis, gula pasir, kaldu bubuk, perasan jeruk limo, tumis sampai warna merah kecoklatan
  6. Masukan ayam yang sudah digoreng tadi, lalu tumis
  7. Tambahkan air rebusan ayam kurang lebih 200ml, aduk2 lalu tutup wajan sampai air menyusut
  8. Test rasa, jika sudah cukup masukan pete goreng, aduk sebentar lalu matikan api
  9. Sambal ayam pete siap disajikan, lebih nikmat dimakan dengan nasi hangat dan lalapan mentimun. Selamat mencoba 🌟
