  1. Cuci wortel dan timun, iris korek api. Iris bawang bombay dan cincang bawang putih. Sisihkan.
  2. Cuci bersih bayam, rebus di air mendidih selama 1 menit. Angkat dan peras airnya. Iris sekitar 2 cm.
  3. Marinate daging sapi dengan 2sdm saus bulgogi.
  4. Tumis bawang bombay, masukkan wortel, aduk hingga layu, beri saus tiram. Angkat. Di wajan yg sama, tumis timun hingga agak kayu, beri sedikit garam. Angkat. Selanjutnya di wajan yg sama, tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay, masukkan bayam rebus, beri sedikit garam dan minyak wijen angkat.
  5. Tumis bawang bombay, dan sisa bawang putih. Masukkan daging sapi yg sudah dimarinasi. Beri air secukupnya, tambahkan 2 sdm saus bulgogi. Masak hingga daging empuk. Angkat daging dan sisihkan.
  6. Aduk rata saus pedas dengan cuka, dan gula. Beri sedikit bawang putih (sisa dari tumisan sebelumnya). Siap untuk plating.
  7. Ambil nasi di mangkok, beri sayuran dan daging. Bisa ditambahkan telor ceplok. Beri 2 sdm saus di atasnya, kasih 1/2 sdt minyak wijen dan taburi wijen panggang. Siap diaduk dan dimakan. Yummy
  8. Done and ready to serve!
