  1. Rebus mi dan beri bumbu kecap/minyaknya saja, larutkan tepung dengan sedikit air hangat dan siapkan bahan2 lainnya
  2. Panaskan minyak/mentega sedikit saja, tumis bawang putih (saya geprek lalu cincang kasar)dan bombay, masukn tepung, susu sedikit2 hingga adonan agak mengental aduk rata, masukan gula, garam sedkit2 kemudian masukan keju aduk rata.
  3. Masukan bumbu mi instan dan mi yg sudah diberi bumbu tadi aduk terus hingga meresap ke minya (tidak tersisa adonan susu dan tepungnya)
  4. Panaskan oven selama 15menit
  5. Dinginkan terlebih dahulu lalu masukn kedalam wadah aluminium (saya pakai yg kotak kecil), taburi keju diatasnya
  6. Masukan mi kedalam oven secukupnya, pangagang 20 menit dengan suhu 150-200 (menyesuaikan).
  7. Schotel mi siap dihidangkan 😆
