  4. Tata dalam pirex atau alumunium bowl. Dengan urutan, mie - bayam - mie. Beri lubang ditengah, masukkan kocokan telur yang telah ditambahkan keju, kaldu dan merica. Jika tidak dilubangi, telur akan meluber dan tidak bisa menembus lapisan adonan.
  5. Panaskan oven, panggang schotel hingga matang. Kurleb 20-30 menit. Sajikan hangat.
  6. Done and ready to serve!

Tambahkan bubuk merica, bubuk pala, gula & garam. Angkat. - masukkan bihun, susu, telur & keju. Saya disini manggang nya pake teflon/ panci yg di alasi saringan utk kukusan nasi,dengan menggunakan api kecil. Tumis bawang putih lalu masukkan bawang bombay. Aduk semua bahan isi hingga tercampur rata.
